4-Week Challenge to Crush Tough Workouts

With the annual Earn Your Thanksgiving Challenge, you’ll power through a month of hard work and dedication to enjoy a guilt-free feast never having a second thought about calories, macros or loosening up your pants!

WHAT'S IN THE CHALLENGE?

Here’s What You Need to Know:

  1. Daily Workouts: You’ll get a new workout video every day, breaking down the moves and offering modifications for all fitness levels.

  2. AMRAP Style: Most workouts are As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP). You’ll repeat a set of exercises within a set time,

  3. Tracking Your Rounds: Use pennies, poker chips, or a notepad to track how many rounds you complete.

  4. Equipment: All you need is dumbbells and a timer (phone, watch, or app). No bands, pull-up bars, or cardio equipment required.And A willingness to do tough workouts.

  5. Community Support: Stay connected in the EYTC SPACE in the app. Share your wins, ask questions, and keep each other motivated.

  6. Nutrition: No Bad Calories (NBC)—smart, healthy eating without restrictive diets.
