    • Dumbbells – unless it’s a body weight program
    • Mat
    • Device to Stream: TV with wifi, ipad, computer, phone

      Yoga blocks
    • Resistance bands & loops
    • Spin bike [there is one available with rotating screen to stream entire plaform]
    • Sliders
