For: Intermediate + Movers with Specific goals 

Description: Program of follow along workouts by 1 trainer from day 1 to end date, in their area of expertise, designed to get you particular results. These programs tend to be less flexible and more rigid as they are “programmed” with targeted results. Not made to be flexed. Must be combined with a nutrition program that is aligned with your goals and program 

What Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Length of Time: 30 - 90 days

Duration a Day: 25-60 mins

Program becomes focused on your specific goals. These programs should be selected with a purpose, as they can challenge you mentally and physically. These programs are usually focused on a goal rather than improving general fitness levels. They are often not what you “want” to do but rather what you “need” to do. These are not a do all program but a do one or a couple things. Part of the program will be being ok with not outperforming in other
