Description: 

Sweat sessions, with current music, focused on moving, burning calories, and maintaining health through a sequence of spin and strength training workouts. 

This is an easy-to-follow spin program designed to give you a variety of rides, including weights and core workouts. You will experience a great calorie burn all while having fun with different spin trainers 5 days a week. Every day, a new super trainer will be there to guide and push you toward a great workout.
